Most of the people like Royal Enfield bikes a lot. Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami is also included in such people. Actually, Mohammed Shami has recently bought Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 bike. The price of the bike is Rs. 3.31 lakh (ex-showroom). Shami has bought the top variant of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650. He has also shared its picture on his Instagram handle. In the picture, he is seen with his new bike. He has shared two pictures, in one he is standing behind the bike and in the second picture he is sitting on the bike. Let us tell you that Continental GT 650 was launched in India in 2018.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 has a 648cc parallel-twin air-cooled engine. This is BS6 engine. Its engine is capable of generating 47hp power at 7250rpm and 52Nm torque at 5250rpm. The engine has been equipped with a 6 speed gearbox. The Continental GT 650 gets a round headlight and a long chrome exhaust. It is a bike with a curb weight of 202 kg. It gets circular halogen headlamp, clip-on handlebar, 12.5-litre fuel tank.
Talking about its suspension, the bike gets tubular steel frame suspension with bolted trussing. It has 110mm travel suspension with 41mm front forks at the front and twin coil-over shocks, 88mm travel suspension at the rear. The bike is being offered with color options like Ravishing Red, Orange Crush, Glitter and Dust, Silver Spectre, Baker Express and Mark 3. Opted for the chrome-finished option of Mohammed Shami.

The Continental GT 650 has black spoked wheels, clip-on handlebars, a race cowl-equipped single seat, and an 18-liter fuel tank. A small digital display for the odometer and trip meters is included in the twin-pod analogue speedometer. Instead of LEDs, the Continental GT uses standard bulbs for its headlight, tail lamp, and indicators.
Motor & Battery
A conventional 41mm telescopic forks up front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the back, which have preload adjustability, are connected to the Continental GT's dual cradle frame. The bike has a single 320mm disc brake on the braking front, two ByBre four-pistol callipers at the front and one 240mm disk brake in the back. ABS with two channels is standard. The bike is also slightly lighter, tipping the scales at 198kg without fuel, and the fuel tank, which weighs 12.5 litres, is slightly smaller than the Interceptor's.
