Micromax going to launch its latest smartphone in the Indian market — Micromax Canvas Infinity Pro. It seems like a successor to the Micromax Canvas Infinity, which was launched earlier this year in India. Display:
The smartphone features a 5.7-inch Full Vision HD display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The smartphone has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, coupled with 4GB of DDR3 RAM.There is a 64GB onboard storage and a microSD card slot which enables users to expand storage capacity up to 128GB.
Camera:
The phone features a 16-megapixel camera sensor on the back panel, along with an LED flash. On the front, there are two camera sensors with 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel resolution.
Camera Featuring:
The camera comes preloaded with features such as portrait mode, face beauty mode, auto scene detection, face gallery, and tale album. There is a Super Pixel feature that combines multiple images to provide a higher resolution image.
For security features, the company has included a fingerprint scanner, which is placed on the back panel, just below the camera module. As per the company, it can unlock the screen in 0.2 seconds and can accept fingerprints with a 360-degree acceptance angle.
Operating System:
The smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat operating system with a custom skin on top. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and USB OTG. It is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery, which the company has claimed can deliver 20 hours of talk time or 420 hours of standby time on a single charge.
The previously launched Canvas Infinity had a Snapdragon 425 SoC, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It was powered by a smaller 2,900mAh battery.
