The Xiaomi Band 8 and the Xiaomi 13 Ultra were previously announced to be launching. The smart band's's most recent iteration features a new set of redesigned straps that let users customize their accessory to their preferences. Users can now double up their smart band as a necklace thanks to the brand's's new support for necklace accessories. Two new modes, or should we say "features," for the upcoming fitness tracker have now been confirmed.
Two new features, "Running Bean Mode" and "Interactive Boxing Mode," have been added for the upcoming Xiaomi Smart Band 8 according to the official Weibo account of the company. Users can track data related to somatic senses or somatosensory systems while they are in use thanks to the Interactive Boxing Mode.
Users who are aggressive when it comes to boxing would benefit most from this feature because it would allow them to keep an eye on their performance. Users will also have access to other fundamental data, such as heart rate, while this particular mode is activated.
The Running Bean mode is intended to be turned on while running. Essential data are tracked when running bean mode is turned on, including the frequency, length, force of the ground impact, and ground landing technique. Using the companion application, users can access more information in greater detail and evaluate their running performance.
Users are also expected to wear the smart band between their shoelaces rather than on their hands by using the strap that is compatible.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 will have an AMOLED display in the shape of a pill, which would be similar to its predecessor, according to earlier leaks and images. Additionally, it is anticipated that the band will have better tracking capabilities. Fundamental activity-tracking features like heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen measurement, sleep tracking, and stress monitoring are also expected to be included. It might also support voice assistant and NFC features.
