New AirPods Max
In the form of AirPods, Apple has a very popular line of audio products, particularly the in-ear true wireless earbuds. The business also regularly introduces a new model to keep up with its rivals in the market.
Although AirPods continue to be the best-selling true wireless earbuds in the world, they are more expensive and out of most people's price range. However, that might soon change as the business reportedly prepares to introduce a low-cost AirPods model early next year.
According to renowned Apple analyst Ming Chi- Kuo, the company is preparing to introduce a more reasonably priced standard AirPods that could cost around $99. The business is also developing the second generation of AirPods Max, over-ear headphones, in addition to that.
New AirPods and AirPods Max price
Both of these products, the less expensive $99 AirPods and the second-generation AirPods Max, are rumored to be being shipped in large quantities in the first or second quarter of 2024 or early 2025.
The second-generation AirPods model is currently the least expensive one on the market, costing $129, while the more recent third generation model costs $169 and includes a Lightning charging case, and the MagSafe case is $179.
Given that the second-generation model is typically offered for a discounted price of $999, it is unclear what features Apple adds to the less expensive AirPods and how it sets it apart from other models.
