If these conditions are not met then we may have to cancel your mobile phone contract and you will be liable for the full terms of the contract, so please read them carefully!
Conveniently place your return request by contacting us through email / phone if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.
