ওয়ালটন (বাংলা: ওয়াল্টন) বাংলাদেশের গাজীপুরে অবস্থিত একটি বাংলাদেশী সংগঠন। এটি অসংখ্য সহায়ক এবং অনুমোদিত ব্যবসার সমন্বয়ে গঠিত, যার বেশিরভাগই ওয়ালটন ব্র্যান্ডের অধীনে একত্রিত। সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে ওয়ালটন মোটরস, ওয়ালটন মোবাইল, ওয়ালটন ইলেকট্রনিক্স এবং ওয়ালটন হাই-টেক ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড। ওয়ালটন ইলেকট্রনিক্স, কম্পিউটার, মোটর গাড়ি এবং টেলিকমিউনিকেশন পণ্য উৎপাদন করে। এটিই প্রথম বাংলাদেশি ব্র্যান্ড যেটি বাজারে মোবাইল ফোন লঞ্চ করেছে। এস এম নজরুল ইসলাম ওয়ালটন গ্রুপের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা। নজরুল তার কর্মজীবন শুরু করেন একজন ক্ষুদ্র ব্যবসায়ী হিসেবে। স্বাধীনতার পর তিনি আলাদা ব্যবসা শুরু করেন। 1977 সালে, তিনি তার বড় ছেলে এসএম নুরুল আলম রেজভীর নামে একটি নতুন কোম্পানি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন যার নাম রেজভি অ্যান্ড ব্রাদার্স, সংক্ষেপে আরবি গ্রুপ। তখন তারা টেলিভিশন আমদানি করত। কোম্পানিটি 2008 সালে ওয়ালটন গ্রুপ হিসেবে রেফ্রিজারেটর উৎপাদন শুরু করে আত্মপ্রকাশ করে। 2017 সালে এসএম নজরুল ইসলাম মারা গেলে তার বড় ছেলে এসএম নুরুল আলম রেজভী কোম্পানির চেয়ারম্যানের দায়িত্ব নেন।
